The METTLER TOLEDO CI-Vision Closure Vision inspection
system is a complete, ultra high-speed inspection system
that ensures the integrity of a closure before it is placed
on a bottle. Closure dimensions, liner integrity and
decoration quality are inspected at speeds up to 2500
parts per minute.
Closure Vision Applications Include: Dimension
measurements verify that closures are built to direct
customer specifications - ensuring reduced spoilage and
leakage of product for the end customer.
Liner integrity verification inspection verifies proper liner
formation and placement - ensuring that product is
properly sealed and protected from contamination and
leakage.
Decoration inspection verifies that printing and graphics
are present, correct and properly formed - protecting
brand image and ensuring customers get the product they
intended to buy.
